Bengali New Year was celebrated at Ramakrishna Mission, Kalyani on 14 April 2024. The program started with Vedic chanting by the students of ‘Vivek Anushilan’ and Kirtan by Shri Somnath Mandal.Â
On this occasion Swami Bodhasaranandaji inaugurated the Charitable Mobile Medical Van and the Swami Prameyananda Book Bank and presented the Swami Prabhananda Scholarship to eight needy students. Revered Maharaj delivered a discourse on ‘Ramakrishna Bhavandolan’.Â
After the evening Aratrikam, Swami Durganathananda discussed the topic of ‘The history and significance of Aratrik Bhajana’. About 300 devotees attended the program.Â
