On 16th June 2025, Ramakrishna Mission, Jammu, successfully held the inauguration ceremony of Project Drishti — a major development comprising the construction of a ramp and an operation theatre dedicated to cataract surgeries — along with significant enhancements to the Physiotherapy Department of the Medical Centre. The event was attended by nearly 150 devotees, volunteers, and well-wishers, both at the Medical Centre and in the auditorium.
The function was graced by Revered Swami Bodhasarananda Ji Maharaj, Assistant General Secretary, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission. Other esteemed guests included Swamis Sarvalokananda Ji, Bhitiharananda Ji, Anamananda Ji, as well as Sri Ram Swaroop Ji, Executive Director, Jammu Region, National Hydroelectric Power Corporation, and Sri Sunil K. Thusu Ji, Chairman, Kashmiri Medical Emergency and Charitable Trust.
These infrastructural additions have significantly strengthened the capabilities of our Medical Centre. We pray to the Holy Trio and seek blessings from all monastic members for the continued success and effectiveness of this noble initiative.
