A Robotics and STEM Laboratory was grandly inaugurated at Ramakrishna Mission CBSE School, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The Laboratory is sponsored by Infosys Foundation, Bangalore. The Chief Guest Swami Jnanalokananda Ji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Swami Vivekananda’s Ancestral House and Cultural Centre, Kolkata, inaugurated the Laboratory amidst the Vedic chanting by the monks and school students, on 30 October 2023.
On this occasion, special guests were Swami Pradiptananda Ji Maharaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Ujjain and Swami Divakarananda Ji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Mission Narottam Nagar Arunachal Pradesh.
Swami Jnanaloknanda Ji Maharaj, while wishing a bright future for the children, advised the students to continue working hard, study and imbibe good habits, so that they can learn to know how to use technology to help citizens to address social issues. Swamiji gifted a copy of “Life-Blessed in Ethics and Values” written by him to the school library. This book is a handbook for the students which explains how ethics and values can help them to achieve their respective goal in a majestic way. The book is also proving a helping hand especially to teachers in India to create a congenial atmosphere in the schools.
In the evening, Swamiji inspected Sharada Balgram, a student home for underprivileged students of the area and inspired them to serve the country by becoming good citizens. After the evening aarti, Swamiji advised the devotees to take care of their habits and slowly elevate themselves to the higher dimensions of human possibilities.
