The inauguration of the Infosys Foundation STEM labs at the Higher Secondary and Secondary sections of Ramakrishna Mission School, Narottam Nagar, Arunachal Pradesh, marked a significant milestone in advancing education and technological accessibility in tribal areas. The inauguration programmes, held on January 29 and 30, 2024, were graced by Revered Swami Balabhadranandaji, Assistant General Secretary of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, and Shri Wangki Lowang, Hon’ble Minister of PHE & WS, DoTCL, Arunachal Pradesh.

On January 29, 2024, amidst the presence of Swami Balabhadranandaji, Miss Vishakaha Yadav, IAS, ADC Deomali, local leaders, officers, and media representatives, the Infosys Foundation STEM lab at the Higher Secondary Section was officially inaugurated. The following day, January 30, 2024, the STEM lab at the Secondary section was inaugurated which was attended by a diverse gathering of monastic members, students, and staff members. Swami Balabhadranandaji, inaugurated the lab, and emphasised the profound impact these labs would have on the student community.
The establishment of these labs signifies a pivotal step towards fostering innovation in education within remote regions of the nation.
