Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai celebrated International Day of Yoga-23 (IDY-2023) at the Vivekanandar Illam campus through its Vivekananda cultural centre jointly in collaboration with India Tourism Chennai, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
About 175+ students from different schools and colleges attended. Speakers spoke on “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” which is the theme for this year to celebrate International Yoga Day given by the Indian Government.
Yoga students of Vivekananda cultural centre demonstrated Yoga protocol to the employees of Port Trust on the shore and on the ship.
Souvenirs and certificates were distributed to all participants and refreshments were served after the program.
