The Space Club of Sri Ramakrishna Advaita Ashrama, Kalady, hosted a two-day ISRO Mobile Exhibition on 14th and 15th November 2024. This event offered an incredible opportunity to delve into the journey of India’s space exploration, presenting an engaging and informative experience for all participants.
The exhibition featured comprehensive displays onISRO’s significant missions, including Chandrayaan-I, Chandrayaan-II, and the Mars Orbiter Mission (Mangalyaan). These exhibits effectively narrated the historical milestones of ISRO’s remarkable achievements, presented through a timeline format that captivated the visitors’ attention.
The exhibition was further enriched by the presence of ISRO officials who provided valuable training and insights to the students. Their guidance not only enhanced the learning experience but also inspired young minds to explore the field of space science.
Over 2,500 students, including participants from six neighboring schools, attended the exhibition, making it a grand success.
Swami Srividyananda, the School Manager, expressed heartfelt gratitude to ISRO for granting the institution the privilege of hosting such a significant event. He appreciated the collaborative effort that allowed students from different schools to engage in this inspiring initiative of the Space Club.
