As part of the centenary celebration of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Kanpur, the ashrama organized Kali Kirtan on March 23, 2025, at Vivekananda Sabhagar. The monks of Ramakrishna Mission Home of Service, Varanasi, sang Kali Kirtans, led by Swami Bhedatitananda. A total of 120 devotees attended the programme.
In addition to the Kirtan, the Kanpur ashrama also arranged a special lecture at IIT Kanpur for the youth on March 20, 2025. The topic, ‘An Introduction to Hindu Scriptures,’ was delivered by Swami Vedarthananda from Belur Math. The programme was attended by 70 students, research scholars, and faculty members. Books on Swami Vivekananda were distributed to all the participants.
