Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narainpur held a Farmers Fair (Kisan Mela) on 6 March 2021. About 3000 farmers took part. The “Mela” was inaugurated by Mr Chandan Kashyap, MLA Narayanpur and Chairman, Chhattisgarh Handicrafts Development Board. Sri G. R. Churendra, Bastar Commissioner, Sri Dharmesh Sahu, Collector, Dist. Narainpur and other dignitaries were present as special guests.
On 27 February 2021, Narainpur district Administration and Local people organised it’s 3rd Abujhmarh Peace Half Marathon (21 km) race. In which more than 6000 people from all over India and also from Kenya ran on the event. The centre’s 73 students also took part. 3 of the centre’s students stood in the first 10 players of Narainpur district – Sri Manglu Potai – 5th position, Sri Vijay Usendi – 6th position, Sri Shankar Salam- 9th position. They were presented a certificate, a Medal and etc.
