Ramakrishna Mission, Sribhumi has been entrusted with the significant responsibility of implementing the Maternity and Child Welfare Services project, generously funded by the Infosys Foundation. The project has been successfully carried out in the Sribhumi district in three phases, benefitting undernourished mothers and children through the provision of essential nutritional support.
Phase I – 5 July 2025
Based on medical evaluation by the attending doctor and nurse, 55 beneficiaries (29 mothers and 26 children) were provided with the following essential nutritional items:
- Horlicks Mother’s Plus (500 gm)
- Cerelac (350 gm)
- Soyabean Chunks (1 kg)
- Chana (1 kg)
Phase II – 12 July 2025
As per survey findings and recommendations from medical personnel, 54 beneficiaries (27 mothers and 27 children) received:
- Horlicks Mother’s Plus (500 gm)
- Cerelac (350 gm)
- Soyabean Chunks (1 kg)
- Masoor Dal (1 kg)
Phase III – 19 July 2025
Following further medical survey and assessment, 60 beneficiaries (30 mothers and 30 children) were provided with the following items:
- Masoor Dal (1 kg)
- Horlicks Mother’s Plus (500 gm)
- Cerelac (350 gm)
- Soyabean Chunks (1 kg)
Phase IV – 23 July 2025
Based on the doctor’s and nurse’s recommendation, another set of 60 beneficiaries (30 mothers and 30 children) received:
- Horlicks Mother’s Plus (500 gm)
- Cerelac (350 gm)
- Soyabean Chunks (1 kg)
- Masoor Dal (1 kg)
