On the auspicious occasion of the Ambubachi Mela of Divine Mother Kamakhya, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Guwahati organized a Free Medical Camp from 22nd to 25th June 2025 at the Bhutnath Temple premises, located at the foothills of Kamakhya Dham.
During the camp, a total of 5,607 patients (Male – 1,586; Female – 3,678; Children – 343) were treated free of cost, and free medicines were distributed to all.
The camp was supported by 25 doctors, paramedical staff, Youth Cell volunteers, devotees, well-wishers, and representatives from pharmaceutical companies, who all rendered wholehearted service, contributing to the grand success of this noble initiative.
In addition, 500 dhutis and 100 sarees were distributed among the visiting monks and devotees during the Mela.
