Medical Camp by Jaipur Ashrama, Feb 2018

Ramakrishna Mission, Jaipur, organized a large and free medical camp in the village Khedli district Dausa on the 4th of February 2018. The camp was organised at Government Secondary School at Khedli Village. During the camp, complete and free treatment was given to poor and needy people of Khedli and adjacent villages by the senior and expert doctors. In addition to free medicines distribution, sugar and blood pressure were examined.


All patients and attendants were benefitted by taking ‘Kadha’ made from Ayurvedic herbs as a preventive measure against swine flu.


The following medical experts and volunteers contributed their service in this medical camp : Dr. B.S. Rathod (Skin diseases specialist), Dr. S.R. Mehta (M.D.,General Physician), Dr. Rakesh Sharma (MCH, Surgeon – Urology – Apex hospital), Dr. Hari Mohan Gupta (Senior Paediatrician), Dr. Sonu Goyal Team (Ophthalmologist – Anand Eye Hospital), Dr. Satish Jain Team (Ear Nose Throat Expert – Jain ENT Hospital),


In the medical camp, total 440 patients were examined and served. Out of it 40 were for skin diseases, 55 for eye, 35 for ENT, 50 children and 260 for others. At the end of the program, Ramkrishna-Vivekananda literature and memento were presented to all doctors and nursing staff.
