Ramakrishna Mission, Digboi, recently conducted two free medical camps to serve the local community.
Free Medical Camp in Collaboration with Digboi Ayushman Arogya Mandir
On November 22nd, 2024, the Mission, in partnership with Digboi Ayushman Arogya Mandir, organized a free medical camp. A dedicated team of 13 healthcare professionals, including doctors and Asha-kermis, provided health check-ups to 57 local residents. Following the check-ups, necessary medications were dispensed to the patients.
Free Routine Immunization Camp
On November 27th, 2024, the Mission, in collaboration with Digboi CHC under Ketetong Block PHC, held a free routine immunization camp at the ashram premises. The camp successfully administered TD-1 vaccinations to 4 pregnant women and immunized 20 children and youth up to the age of 15.
