Ramakrishna Mission, Thirumukkudal has successfully organized several free medical camps in the local community. These camps have provided essential healthcare services to residents in need.
August Medical Camps:
- Pazhaveri Village (August 1st, 8th, and 22nd): A total of 56 patients, including 26 females and 30 males, received medical screenings and necessary medications.
- Ramakrishna Mission Thirumukkudal Premises (August 24th): In collaboration with Satya Sai Medical Hospital, Chengalpet, the mission hosted a camp that saw 97 patients, including 67 females, 24 males, and 6 children.
Medical Specialties: The camps covered a wide range of medical specialties, including General Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, ENT, Dermatology, and Dental.
Dental Camp and Health Education (August 27th):
- Pazhaveri Village: A dental camp was conducted in partnership with Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Porur, Chennai. 17 patients were screened, including 8 females and 9 males. 12 patients were recommended for dental extractions.
- Government Primary School: The dental team visited the nearby government primary school to provide health and hygiene education to the students. 28 children participated in the orientation.
