Ramakrishna Mission, Belagavi, Karnataka, celebrated the National Youth Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12 January 2022. Around 350 youths and students participated in the programme organised on this occasion, which started with songs on Swamiji and patriotic songs.
Some of the dignitaries invited in the programme were Sri Bhimappa K Lali, Deputy Secretary, Jilla Panchayat, Belagavi; Sri Basavaraj H Millanatti, Deputy Director, Youth Empowerment and Sports Department , Belagavi; Sri Nagaraj, Deputy Director of Pre-University Education, Belagavi; Sri Mallesh Chougala, National Youth Awardee, Belagavi; and Sri Jamadar, Retired District Youth Officer, Neharu Yuva Kendra, Belagavi. All of them spoke on the topic “Man-making and character building”.
