Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Society, Jamshedpur, celebrated the National Youth Day 2022 in three phases:-
a) National Youth Day was celebrated on 12th January 2022 in most of the schools of Jamshedpur centre. The auspicious daylong programme began with garlanding of Swami Vivekananda statue followed by vedic chanting and a few bhajans in praise of Swami Vivekananda on the Ashrama premises.
A webinar was organized in collaboration with the Nehru Yuva Kendra Jamshedpur wing, to commemorate the 38th National Youth Day and 75th anniversary of Indian Independence through YouTube link. The programme started with a keynote address on Swami Vivekananda followed by recitations, songs and speeches and was concluded with the national anthem.
b) A blood donation camp was organized jointly with Jamshedpur Blood Bank on the Ashrama campus on 12th January 2022 in which 100 voluntary donors, especially from young groups, donated their blood on this auspicious day.
c) Blankets were distributed among 100 beneficiaries on the auspicious occasion of National Youth Day 2022 at the Ashrama campus .
