Ramakrishna Mission, Taki, North 24 Paraganas, West Bengal, celebrated the National Youth Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav on 12 January 2022 with due sanctity and grandeur. Students, teachers and devotees were present in the programme. Speeches, recitations, songs were performed by the students on the life of Swami Vivekananda. Students also demonstrated yoga on this occasion.
Digitaries present in the programme were Mr. Peter Chittaranjan, General Manager, National Insurance Company Limited, Kolkata, and Sri Arun Ghosh, ex-student and social worker, Hasnabad, North 24 Parganas. The speakers explained at length the valuable contribution of Swamiji towards freedom movement and how we can develop ourselves with the ideas of Swamiji.
