Ramakrishna Math, Balaram Mandir celebrated National Youth Day on 12 January 2023.
Morning Session: Cultural Programme for the Youth
Swami Chidrupananda, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Math, Balaram Mandir, and Swami Haricharanananda, Ramakrishna Math, Balaram Mandir spoke on the inaugural session.
Around 30 youth participated in this session. Among them were Sri Hirak Ghose, Sri Ranajit Adhikari, Sri Subhodip Mandal, Sri Anirban Guha, Sri Subham Adhikari, Sri Tuhin Roy, Sri Sujoy Saha, Sri Ankur Dutta and Sri Indrajit Samanta etc. They participated in: Singing: (Featuring songs on Swami Vivekananda and those sung or composed by him). Short Speeches on “Swamiji and Present Time”, “Swamiji’s Message to the Pioneers of Nation Building”. Poetry Recitation (Featuring poems on Swami Vivekananda or those composed by him)
Afternoon Session: Devotional Songs
Vocal Recital by Sri Souvik Paul accompanied by Sri Subhra Chatterjee (Tabla).
Evening Session: Classical Songs
Vocal Recital by Sri Iman Paul accompanied by Sri Gourgopal Chakraborty (Tabla).
