On the occasion of the National Youth Day 2024, Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip, organised a rally on 12 January 2024 where more than 900 devotees, students, NCC cadets and common people walked through Nabadwip town with pictures and tableaus of Sriman Mahaprabhu, Sri Sri Thakur, Sri Ma and Swamiji.
A cultural competition comprising drawing, recitation, Swadesh Mantra path, song, speech and quiz was organised on 13 January 2024 followed by a day-long youth conference on 14 January 2023. 120 youth delegates participated in the conference.
Swami Srivasananda, Belur Math; Swami Amareshwarananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip; Dr. Siharan Chakraborty, President, Ramakrishna Mission, Nabadwip, addressed the congregation about Swamiji’s thoughts of building a better nation with building up own character. Participants shared their thoughts & experiences and also took part in a question-answer session.
