National Youth Day was observed at Ramakrishna Math, Nattarampalli, on 12 January 2024.
In the morning, flower offerings were made by monks, devotees, teachers and students. In the forenoon, at the ashrama school oratory recitation, drawing and essay writing competitions were conducted among 228 students participating from 21 different schools. 74 students participated from the school of Nattarampalli centre.
In the afternoon, prizes and books were distributed among the students and mementos were presented to the teachers from the participating schools.
All the participating students, parents and teachers were provided with lunch Prasad.
A book stall was set up and many students and teachers purchased Swamiji’s books, photos, keychains etc.Â
The enthusiastic and energetic participation from all students created a vibrant atmosphere reverberating with Swamiji’s ideas and ideals!
