On the occasion of National Youth Day, Ramakrishna Ashrama, Thiruvalla, arranged a lecture in its sub centre at Vallikode on 12 January 2024. The lecture was delivered by Sri C. Nandakumar, Senior Scientist Engineer of VSSC Thiruvananthapuram, about Space Technology and Research. About 75 students participated and enjoyed the informative lecture.
Ramakrishna Ashrama, Thiruvalla, also inaugurated a Surgical Procedure Room in the Charitable Dispensary of the ashrama on 12 January 2024, on the holy occasion of the National Youth Day. The surgical procedure room was constructed with the support of Cochin Shipyard Ltd under CSR scheme. Around 60 people attended the function. The project will help the ashrama in serving the poor people at a subsidised rate.
