The Ramakrishna Mission, Digboi, celebrated the 41st National Youth Day on 12th January 2025 with great enthusiasm and devotion. As part of the celebrations, a Yoga Competition was held on 5th January 2025, which saw the participation of around 70 students from various schools in and around Digboi.
On 12th January 2025, following the Sandhya Arati, a vibrant cultural program was conducted to mark the occasion. Tea and snacks were distributed to approximately 150 devotees, guests, and students.

- Lighting of the Lamp: Offering of Pushpargha to the holy feet of Swami Vivekananda.
- Vedic Chanting: Recitation of mantras by the sadhus.
- Guest Felicitation: Honoring the esteemed guests.
- Welcome Address: Speech on the significance of the day by the Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Digboi.
- Songs on Swami Vivekananda: Performance by Miss Mandira Karmakar.
- Yoga Demonstration: Presentation by the prize-winning participants of the competition.
- Guest of Honour’s Speech: Address by Sri Mukesh Shrivastav, SLE (TE&A), Assam Oil Division, Digboi Refinery.
- Recitation on Swami Vivekananda: By Master Nirmalya Brahmachari.
- Chief Guest’s Speech: Address by Sri Ritesh Maurya, Principal, Rashtriya Vidyalaya, Digboi.
- Prize Distribution: Acknowledging the winners of the Yoga Competition.
- Vote of Thanks: Delivered by Smt. Arpita Brahmachari.
- Jaykara: The event concluded with spirited chants.
