The North-East Regional Conference, involving all the Bhava Prachar Parishads from the Seven Sister States, was conducted successfully. A total of 102 member Ashramas of these Parishads participated in the three-day-long event.
The programme commenced with the reading of a message of blessings from the Most Revered President Maharaj, followed by the screening of a video-recorded message from Revered General Secretary Maharaj.
Swami Balabhadrananda ji, Assistant General Secretary of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. He inaugurated the Conference by lighting the lamp and delivered an inspiring keynote address. Swamis Jnanalokananda ji and Achyuteshananda ji, Members of the Board of Trustees and Governing Body of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission respectively, along with Swami Devarajananda ji, Joint Convenor of the Bhava Prachar Parishad Committee, Belur Math, blessed the delegates with their presence and inspiring guidance from the very beginning.
On 18th January, three Business Sessions were conducted, each beginning with the reading of messages from the Revered Vice-President Maharajs of our Order. On 19th January, all the Swamis and delegates felt spiritually uplifted by having the darshan of Ma Tripureshwari, one of the 51 Shakti Peethas.
The active participation of 27 monastic members added great value to the Conference, making it a truly remarkable event.
