In the wake of lockdown owing to COVID-19 pandemic Ramakrishna Mission Rajamahendravaram started relief services. The centre distributed 4150 kg rice, 726 kg pulses, 306 litres cooking oil, 306 kg salt, 288 kg assorted spices, 10 kg tea leaves, 100 kg sugar, 153 kg jaggery, 200 packets of biscuits and 150 bars of soap among 306 families in East Godavari district from 12 to 31 May.
