Swami Bodhasaranandaji Maharaj formally inaugurated Ramakrishna Sevamandira on 26th November, 2016 which has been constructed by Sri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Mysore at Tenkalamole, a rural area of Chamarajanagar dist.,in Karnataka. This Sevamandira is built based on the concept that a temple should be a centre for dissemination of culture, knowledge and service along with worship.
Swami Muktidanandaji Maharaj, Adhyaksha of Ramakrishna Math Mumbai was the chief guest of the function. Sri Dhruvanarayana R, MP of Chamarajanagar constituency and Sri Subhash Chayagola, Ex-president of Karnataka Board of Border Area Development, Bangalore, were special invitees of the function. 170 sets of clothes consisting of a shirt, pant and sari were distributed to 170 poor families in the village and food was served to nearly 700 people.
