As a part of the 125th anniversary celebration of Ramakrishna Mission, a seminar on National Education Policy 2020 & Values Education was organised by Ramakrishna Math, Rajkot, on Sunday, 20th August, 2023.
Around 500 persons including Educationists, Principals, teachers, students participated. The programme was also live broadcasted on the YouTube channel.
The programme consisted of speeches by Dr. Kamlesh Joshipura, Director General, SDVP Research Institute, Pune; Dr. Manu Vora, Chairman and President, Business Excellence, Inc., USA (Online); Shri Gulabbhai Jani, Founder and Director, Sister Nivedita Educational Complex, Rajkot; Swami Vedanishthanandaji, Spiritual Director (Designate), Vedanta Society, Geneva, Switzerland; Shri Mansukhbhai Salla, President, Gujarati Kelavani Parishad; Dr. Bhadrayu Vachhrajani, Former Vice-Chancellor, Lokbharati University for Rural Innovation, Sanosara and Dr. Navin Sheth, Former Vice Chancellor, Gujarat Technological University.
Inspiring videos were shown during audio visual sessions. The question-answer session was very interesting and useful.
All the participants were given a set of books related to education and Swami Vivekananda.
