A two-day workshop for working teachers and lecturers was conducted at the Kadapa centre from 8 to 9 November 2025. Swami Sukritananda delivered the keynote address and emphasized the importance of inculcating values in the modern generation. Swami Yadunathananda Maharaj spoke on “Swami Vivekananda and His Idea of Education”.
Prof. Ramasubba Reddy of the Department of Sports and Physical Sciences, Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa, highlighted that “a good teacher becomes a polestar” in shaping the future of students. Dr. Markareddy (Porumamilla, Kadapa), Dr. Karimaddela Narasimha Reddy (Nellore) and Dr. Balakrishna Reddy (Proddatur) also addressed the participants. Swami Anupamananda spoke on “Sri Ramakrishna: An Ideal Teacher.”
Swami Sankarshanananda and Swami Suradhishananda conducted Vedic chanting, stotra patha and bhajans during the sessions. Sri Venkateswarulu, a trained yoga teacher from Kadapa, led a practical demonstration of yogasana. The workshop concluded with highly positive feedback from the participants.
