Ramakrishna Math, Koyilandy, organized a spiritual retreat for the devotees of Koyilandy Math on Sunday, 20 April 2025. The proceedings began at 4:00 pm with Vedic prayers and an opening song, followed by a session of meditation, chanting from the Bhagavad Gita, and a reading from Sri Ramakrishna Vachanamrita by Shri Sathyanathan, Administrator of Ramananda School, Chengottukavu. This was followed by a talk on Holy Mother Sri Sarada Devi by Smt. Beena, a GAP teacher.
To uphold the spiritual atmosphere, a bhajan session was conducted by the devotees. Thereafter, an inspiring talk in Malayalam was delivered by Swami Sivakumarananda, Matathipathi of Sree Ramananda Ashram, Chengottukavu, in which he highlighted the life and message of Sri Ramakrishna and emphasized the true purpose of spirituality.
The programme concluded with a closing song, followed by the distribution of tea and snacks prasad to all attendees.
