Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, held a three-day spiritual retreat from September 30 to October 2, 2024.
On the first day, devotees arrived with offerings for Sri Ramakrishna. They participated in Deeparatana and Deepa Dhyanam, performed Bhajan and Japa, and engaged in a spiritual discussion with a Swami.
On the second day, the group visited Sri Brahatheeswar Temple for darshan and satsangh. They attended special lectures by Professor Krishnaveni and Swami Vimurtananda and participated in a quiz program on the Holy Trio. The day also included Bhajan, Pushparchana, Deeparathana, Dhuni Dhyanam, and Yogasana.
On the third day, the retreat concluded with Bhajan at the village center, followed by devotees chanting while walking at Sri Saradavanam. Professor T. Indramma delivered a lecture, and the group visited Sri Mariamman and Sri Rama temples for satsangh.
