On August 14th and 15th, 2024, Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya in Coimbatore successfully organized a state-level tournament featuring eight adapted sports for individuals with disabilities. A total of 71 teams comprising 616 athletes from 25 districts of Tamil Nadu participated in the event.
The tournament included the following categories:
- Para Sitting Volleyball: 8 teams, 64 participants
- Para Sitting Cricket: 3 teams, 45 participants
- Cricket for Visually Impaired: 5 teams, 75 participants
- Kabaddi for Hearing Impaired: 13 teams, 156 participants
- Volleyball for Visually Impaired: 8 teams, 64 participants
- Football for Intellectually Challenged: 18 teams, 180 participants
- Wheelchair Badminton: 8 teams, 16 participants
- Wheelchair Table Tennis: 8 teams, 16 participants
