Ramakrishna Math, Koyilandy successfully completed the first phase of study material distribution to underprivileged students on Saturday, 14th June 2025, at Vivekananda Tribal School, Wayanad district, Kerala.
As part of this initiative, 135 tribal students from classes 4 to 10 received essential study items including:
- School bag
- Umbrella
- Geometry box
- Two pens
- Eight notebooks (ruled and unruled)
Many of these students had been severely affected by last year’s landslides and were relocated to different villages. The Vivekananda Tribal School and its hostel extended vital support by providing them shelter and education during that difficult period.
The students expressed great joy and gratitude upon receiving the materials. This is the first of several planned phases, with the goal of benefiting a total of 700 students through this noble effort.
