Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai’s Meyyur rural center, hosted a month-long summer camp for tribal students in grades 3 to 10. The camp, held from May 1st to May 31st, provided a fun and educational experience for 80 students (32 boys and 48 girls).
Students learned Shlokas (Sanskrit verses), Bhajans (devotional songs), Yoga, storytelling, drawing, and valuable life lessons. Daily refreshments were provided to all participants.
The camp culminated in a valedictory function on June 8th. Students showcased their talents through various cultural performances. As a token of appreciation, gifts and compliments were distributed to all the students and volunteers.
