In response to the recent heatwave and cases of sunstroke, the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Viveknagar, Agartala took initiative to organize Jal Satra from May 1st to 4th, 2024. This program provided much-needed relief to the community by offering water and potentially other cooling measures in various locations across Agartala, including Gangail Road Ashrama, Agartala Assam Road (Highway), and Amtali Bazar area. Over four days, their efforts provided aid to more than 10,000 people.
