Ramakrishna Math, Madurai, organised a three-day training program for school teachers commemorating the 125th Anniversary of Ramakrishna Mission, on 15th, 16th & 17th May 2023. Revered Swami Kamalatmananda Maharaj inaugurated the program. Experienced trainers from the reputable Vidya Bharathi organization conducted the training. To guarantee the program’s success, the number of teachers allowed to participate was limited. A total of 45 teachers who teach students up to fourth grade from seven schools were selected for this training program.
The program provided training to teachers on all-around personality development for children, basic child psychology, and learning activities for children. The aim is to improve the teaching techniques of the teachers and educate them on how they can inculcate Indian cultural values among students in a natural way.
The program was beautifully structured to enhance the skill set of teachers and equip them to become better facilitators.
