An awareness programme on the health risk of tobacco consumption was arranged by Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Hatamuniguda, Odisha, on 3rd August 2023 at the ashrama school premises in association with CHC, Bissamcuttack.
Dr Anjan Kar and Smt Jyotsnarani Maharana, Public Health Extension Officer, Bissamcuttack, discussed on different types of tobacco and its dreadful effect on human health with some power-point presentations.
Senior students from class IX to XII, numbering 300 and all the teachers attended the programme.
