To mark the anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s historic addresses in Chicago in 1893, the Ramakrishna Mission, Rajamahendravaram organized a series of seven Values Education Programs. These programs were held across three cities: Rajamahendravaram, Kakinada, and Narasapur on September 19th, 20th, and 23rd.
Monks from the Rajamahendravaram center led the gatherings, engaging students in interactive sessions and question-and-answer discussions. A total of 1,520 students from ten educational institutions participated in the programs. As a token of appreciation, all students received Swami Vivekananda’s literature, and the institutions were presented with laminated photographs of Swami Vivekananda.
This initiative by the Ramakrishna Mission aimed to inspire young minds with Swami Vivekananda’s teachings and promote the values of spirituality, service, and universal brotherhood.
