Ramakrishna Mission, Somsar held a program on value education for local students this past Sunday, June 2nd, 2024.
The event began with a traditional Vedic chanting. Following this, Swami Amalatmananda delivered a speech on “Man-Making Education,” a concept championed by Swami Vivekananda. Additionally, a teacher, Sri Shyamaprasad Laha, offered a discourse on the importance of human values. The program also included an interactive session for the students.
In total, 80 students participated in the program. The organizers distributed literature by Swami Vivekananda and provided refreshments to all the students.
