On 30th May 2025, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Pema Khandu Ji, visited Ramakrishna Mission Hospital, Itanagar, to inaugurate the New Pharmacy Outlet and Digital Office for the Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY) and Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) schemes.
These new facilities are expected to significantly strengthen the hospital’s mission of delivering accessible and quality healthcare to the people of Arunachal Pradesh, especially under government-sponsored health insurance initiatives.
A public meeting was held on this occasion with the Hon’ble Chief Minister as the Chief Guest, and Sri Biyuram Wahge, Hon’ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Arunachal Pradesh, as the Guest of Honour. Both dignitaries addressed the gathering and highlighted the vital role of Ramakrishna Mission Hospital in public healthcare.
As part of the event, Annual Employee Performance and Departmental Awards were distributed by the dignitaries, in recognition of the dedicated service and excellence shown by the hospital staff over the past year.
The event was attended by over 200 participants, including monks, Managing Committee members, doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff.
