Ramakrishna Math, Thrissur, organised ‘Vivekayanam 2023’, all-Kerala online competitions for youth. The competitions organised at three levels of quiz, essay and interview were based on Swami Vivekananda’s life and teachings given in the book ‘Swami Vivekananda – His Call to the Nation’ and were organised from May to August this year.
The winners of ‘Vivekayanam 2023’ were given prizes at a function organised at Vivekananda Vijnana Bhavan on 1st October, 2023.
A youth camp also was organised on the same day and about 300 students from various educational institutions participated in it.
The prize distribution function was presided over by Swami Sadbhavananda, Adhyaksha, Ramakrishna Math, Thrissur.
Thrissur District Collector Shri Krishna Teja and renowned playback singer Shri Jayachandran distributed prizes to winners.
Dr. Ramakrishna Venugopal, singer Sri K K Nishad, Adv. Vivek Prasad, Dr. Srikesh M K and Swami Nandatmajananda spoke, and Sri Anirudh Sharma and Sri Shreeram Murali sang at the function.
Swami Brahmaparananda, Sri Rajesh T, Sri Manoj Dattan M conversed with the students at the youth convention.
