On 14 September 2023, Ramakrishna Mission, Bagerhat, provided 105 kg rice, 15 kg pulse, 90 kg potatoes, 6 litre oil, 6 kg salt, 3 kg chilli, and 6 kg onions to Vivekananda Students’ Home, directed by Khagrachari Ramakrishna Sevashrama in order to provide lunch to 17 orphans for one month. It is relevant to mention that the orphan students at Vivekananda Students’ Home used to get breakfast at 8 a.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. and no lunch due to inadequate funds. Therefore, Bagerhat centre’s assistance for one month has been extremely appreciated by the authority.
