Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, distributed blankets to 350 poor tribal families, especially of Shabar community, at Bhutam, under Pucha block of Purulia District, on 22 December 2022.
Ramakrishna Math, Bagda, distributed 71 Blankets, 74 Ladies Woolen Chadar, 123 Mens Thermal Top, 12 Ladies Sweater and 48 Children Cap among 328 people (including 48 children) of 280 needy santhal (tribals) families, in Chitagora, Kalapathar and Sardardih under the Puncha Block of Purulia District on 27 November 2022, 04 December 2022 and 11 December 2022.
The centre distributed blankets to persons with disabilities, on 03 December 2022, on the campus of Majhihira National Basic Educational Institution under Manbazar-I Block of Purulia District and 129 differently-abled persons were present.
The centre distributed blankets at Babuijor under Puncha Block and another at Mayradi under Purulia-I Block, on 10 December 2022. 460 Blankets were distributed among 460 indigent families. Out of the 460 recipients, most of them belonged to the Sabar community and the rest were santhals.
