Ramakrishna Mission, Mumbai organized a three-day residential youth camp for young men aged 18 to 28. Held from September 20th to 22nd, the camp attracted 39 students from ten colleges in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane.
The camp, held at the Ramakrishna Mission Mumbai premises, featured a variety of activities, including chanting, meditation, bhajans, interactive sessions, gospel readings, and evening arati. Eminent speakers, such as Dr. Srinivas Venkatram, Dr. Subhasis Chaudhuri, and Dr. B. N. Gangadhar, shared their insights and experiences with the young participants.
Swami Satyadevananda, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Mumbai, inaugurated the camp and provided guidance throughout the event. Other monks, including Swami Devakantyananda, Swami Tannamananda, and Swami Dayadhipananda, also interacted with the students, discussing the ideals and activities of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission.
All participants were provided with meals and refreshments, and each received a participation certificate upon completion of the camp. The event was a resounding success, offering the young men a valuable opportunity for spiritual growth and personal development.
