On Saturday, May 3, 2025, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Malda, successfully organized a Youth Convention. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the local student community and educators.
A total of 190 individuals attended the convention, comprising 177 students from 18 different educational institutions (schools, colleges, and universities) and 13 school teachers.
The program offered a spiritually enriching and culturally vibrant experience for the attendees. The day’s proceedings included prayer, meditation, and Vedic chanting, fostering an atmosphere of serenity and reflection. Students also presented patriotic songs and delivered speeches, showcasing their talents and perspectives. Adding to the insightful discourse, monks from the Ramakrishna Mission delivered speeches, providing guidance and inspiration to the young audience.
All participants were provided with lunch, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the day.
The Youth Convention served as a significant platform for fostering spiritual awareness, cultural appreciation, and patriotic spirit among the youth of Malda.
