As a part of the commemoration of the 125th Anniversary of Ramakrishna Mission’s Foundation, a youth convention was organized by Ramakrishna Mission, Malliankaranai, on 28 July 2023.
Around 300 young students from in and around Malliankaranai, and from four Arts colleges, participated in the convention.
Swami Vimurtananda, Secretary, Ramakrishna Math, Thanjavur, presided over the function and delivered a wonderful speech to the students.
Sri Dr. M. Satyakumar, Advocate, Supreme Court, Chennai gave an energetic speech to the youth. The question and answer session also went on vividly.
Swami Paramasukhanandaj, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Villupuram, held a talk in the afternoon session.
Swami Vivekananda’s laminated photo and his books were presented to all the students.
The programme ended with the singing of the National Anthem.
