In the first phase of Winter Relief, blankets were distributed to 150 poor and needy tribal people living in three different tribal habitats in Chengalpattu Dist. of Tamil Nadu.
In the second phase of Winter Relief, blankets were distributed to 100 poor and needy people, including about twenty differently abled people, living at four different habitats two each in Kanchipuram and Thiruvannamalai Dist. of Tamil Nadu.
