Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Visakhapatnam recently concluded a successful fifteen-day “Vivek Sanskar Summer Camp” for students. Held from May 5th to 19th, 2024, the camp attracted over 105 participants from classes 4 to 10.
The camp offered a well-rounded program designed to equip students with valuable life skills and cultural knowledge. Activities included guided meditation, chanting, devotional songs (bhajans), patriotic songs, arts and crafts sessions, life lessons, and yoga.
The culmination of the camp saw a heartwarming ceremony where all the students participated in a “Matri-Pitri Pujan” (worship of parents). Chanting verses (slokas) and offering garlands to their parents, the students expressed their gratitude and love.
