11 Sep 2019: Ramakrishna Mission Sarada Vidyalaya, Jayrambati, organized a youth convention and elocution competition in commemoration of the 125th Anniversary of Swami Vivekananda’s Chicago Addresses.
The programme started with a procession from the Vidyalaya. Other school students also joined the procession.
The procession was ear-marked with seven (7) tableau depicting different incidents of Swamiji’s Childhood. Moreover, bands, scouts, a dance of santal women carrying pitchers on heads, Dhak, Harinama etc. created an emotional situation when it was passing through the Jayrambati village. The rally touched Sri Maa Mandira before it came on the main road.
Swami Jyotirmayananda released the journal Bangla Bhaktirasammrita sangeet O Kabita Sankalan.

Youth Convention and Prize Distribution were held in the afternoon. Swami Pararupananda presided over the convention Swami Baladevananda was the Cheif Guest.
