Due to a short circuit fire, a few houses were burnt to ashes in the village of Naierbari, in Kotalipara, Gopalgonj, in the evening on 17 April, 2022. Ramakrishna Mission, Bagerhat in association with “Ramakrishna Sevashrama, Kotalipara, Gopalgonj” distributed 125 kg Rice, 15kg Lentil, 15 litres Oil, 45 kg potatoes, 25 kg Salt, 500 gm Turmeric powder, Chili powder 250 gm, Cumin powder 250 gm, 2 pcs of Lungis, 2 pcs of Saris and 2pcs of Blankets among the helpless people on 21 April 2022.
