First Phase of Centenary Celebrations – Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Patna
The first phase of the Centenary Celebrations of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Patna, was observed with grandeur and devotion.
On 12th February 2025, coinciding with Maghi Purnima and the birth anniversary of Swami Adbhutanandaji, a direct disciple of Sri Ramakrishna, Srimat Swami Girishanandaji Maharaj, Vice President of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission inaugurated the newly constructed main entrance gate of the Ashrama.
On 13th February 2025, a Bhakta Sammelan was organized at the Ashrama premises in the holy presence of Revered Swami Girishanandaji Maharaj. The gathering was attended by around 60 monks from Bihar, Jharkhand, and other states, along with 500 devotees.
The Sammelan commenced at 9:30 AM, featuring eminent speakers, including:
- Swami Maheshwarananda ji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Katihar
- Swami Diyasudhananda ji, Principal, Deoghar Vidyapith
- Swami Atidevananda ji, Secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, Chhapra
Their discourses on the Holy Trio were received with deep reverence by the devotees. The Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Patna, delivered the keynote address and the secretarial speech.
