In the wake of lockdown owing to COVID-19 pandemic Ramakrishna Mission, Dibrugarh, Assam, started relief services.
The Ashrama distributed necessary packed dry food items 4750 kg rice, 950 kg pulse, 1900 kg of coarse flour, 475 lit.mustard oil, 1150 kg potatoes, 50 kg onions, 950 packets Salt, 950 packets biscuit (400 gms.), & 950 bars soap, 350 Mask to 950 families around Dibrugarh Ashrama from 11 April – 04 May 2020.
On 4Â May 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 150Â families of Dibrugarh.
On 3 May 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 200 families of Dibrugarh.
On 17 April and 20 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits among 200 poor and needy families nearby our ashrama.
On 11 April 2020, the ashrama distributed ration kits to 200 families of sanitation workers of Dibrugarh Municipality.
Each ration kit contains rice 5kg, dal 1kg, wheat flour 2kg, potato 2kg, mustard oil, salt, biscuit and soap.
