12 Dec ’20: Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home, Chennai distributed ration kits to 320 affected poor families (most of them ST) in 9 hamlets in Vridhhachalam, Thittakudi and Kattumannarkoil taluks of Cuddalore dstrictt.
Food articles: rice-1kg, rava-1kg, atta-1kg, vermicelli-1kg, sugar-2kgs, toor dal-1kg, bengal-gram dal-1kg, moong dal-1kg, fried gram-1kg, oil-1ltr, salt-1kg, mustard, cumin, turmeric powder and chili powder -100gms each.
Sanitary items: bathing and washing soap-1set, toothpaste and brush-1set were distributed to each family.
